I am writing to thank you for your diligence and persistence in resolving the problem we had with the Pilote Ma Ville program. As you know this program obtains a licence to run over the internet each time it is used. The original version you sent us continually failed to obtain this licence and we thought to give it up as a bad job. However, thanks to you we now have an amended version which works just fine and we are very happy with it. Thanks once again
