When you click on the link -  Download demo files here  - a new window will open on which you will see 6 folders. Click on a folder to see its contents. Click on the file you wish to download and another new window will open. Wait to see 'Download file' appear halfway down the page, and then click on 'Download file'.

N.B. If the LINK does not work or an ERROR message appears on the file sharing website please CONTACT US immediately. This is uncommon but when it does happen it is quickly rectified by the publisher.

You can now choose to 'Open' or  'Save'. If you simply want to listen to or view the file, select 'Open' and the file will start to play after a few seconds.

If you want to save the file on to your own computer select 'Save'. Choose a location in which to save the file, e.g. My Documents, and then click on 'Save'. (If you download further files they will automatically save to the same location). Now select 'Open Folder' and you will see the file you have downloaded. Click on it to play.

If you do not already have ActivPrimary or ActivStudio software on your computer, you will need to download a Promethean flipchart viewer in order to see the sample interactive flipcharts. You can download the viewer from :- www.prometheanworld.com/uk/server/show/nav.3321  This will allow you to view and have limited interaction with flipcharts created in Promethean's Activstudio and Activprimary.
