1. Technical development: The flag bar modified to include Croatia as a Candidate country and to move Liechtenstein into the EFTA section. The new flag for Georgia has been included. There is a new access to screens relevant to Citizenship and to maps screens.
2. Content: There is a continued rolling programme of adding content to the 10 new Members States (and three candidate countries - Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey) to bring them in line with the pre-enlargement 15. Additional information has been added in this version under the headings of Leisure (Tourist areas map, Sports), Business (Exporting and promotion, Taxation), Economy (National Budget, Personal incomes), Work (General advice, Working hours and time off, Wages, Social security, Health and safety, Labour relations), Geography (Location of cities), Education (Pre-primary and primary, Secondary, Tertiary, Financing of Education, Education and employment).
Elections and referenda:
1. Content: Election results for each constituency and summaries by region are given for the UK General Election of May 2005. Recent elections in many other countries have been incorporated. Referenda and parliamentary decisions on the European Constitution have been included. MPs expenses for the UK have been included.
2. Worksheets: Three new Citizenship worksheets (two directly related to the UK General Election) have been added with suggestions on how they might be used for Citizenship lessons.
General updating:
1. Content: Major updates and rewrites in Living (Housing and households, Cost of living, Crime), Business (Taxation), Education (Pre-primary and primary, Secondary, Tertiary, Financing of Education, Universities, Education and employment), Economy (National Budget, Personal incomes). Urban audit for 186 cities have been included.
